The GemiFill C-model filling machine is volumetric operated and fully automatic including automatic lid placing adn automatic lid closing.
The installation is suitable for all kind of chemical fluids like paint & coatings, solvents (white spirit, MEK etc.), cleaning products etc.
Typical features of the Gemifill C-model filling installation:
- Easy to operate and very short installation / start-up time.
- Fully pneumatic operated (explosion proof in accordance with ATEX) .
- Self-priming cylinder, filling directly out of a drum / tote tank or product hopper.
- Suitable for plastic and metal cans up to 10 ltr. (optional up to 20 ltr. )
- Easy to clean by means of an automatic rinse cyclus and removable filling cylinder.
- Air driven infeed roll conveyor and transport system with sinus curved drive (= slow start, fast transport) .
- Volumetric filling with S-1 / S-5 / S7. 5 or S-10 filling machine (see GemiFill S-model for more information) .
- Quick width-adjustment (stepless) of the whole line.
VOLUMETRIC FILLING METHOD.
The filling machines are based on a vertical placed self-priming dosage cylinder. A piston is verticaly moving inside a cylinder. The stroke length and the diameter of the piston determine the fill volume. With a multiple stroke counter larger fill volumes can be realised.
OPTIONAL SET-UP.
The Gemifill C-filling machine can be extended with the following options:
- Sub-level filling lance for foaming products.
- Multiple stroke counter.
- Lid placing device (round shaped lids only) .
- Discharge roll conveyor.
- Hopper with maximum level control.
- Filter with pump for forced filtration etc.

The lid pressing device is suitable for metal as well as plastic push-in lids.
