F-DMD is made of two layers of non-woven with one layer of polyester film, the different of DMD and f-DMD is on the adhesive resin, DMD ues the resin of class b while f-DMD us the resin of class f. Prepreg DMD
Prepreg DMD is formed in the process of precuring the modified f-class DMD with impregnation of hi-temp resistant b-stage epoxy resin by baking. With long shelf life at room temp, low precuring temp & time, excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal glass is f, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil) -wrapped low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in b~f class motor & electrical appliances.
