Alginate dressing is the medical dressing of mixture of fiber and ion from the natural seaweed.

2, There is gel on the surface of the wound to provide moist environment which could promote the wound dressing
3, Protect nerve terminals and reduce the pain
4, Fiber could be bulgy after absorbing, and bacteria could be locked between fibers. Therefore the dressing is bacteriostatic.
