Moulded FRP grating is produced with roving fiberglass and thermosetting resin systems, compared with pultruded FRP grating, it has better corrosion resistance ability with different resin type, like orthophthalic polyester resin, isophthalic polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, phenolic aldehyde. It is more commonly used in power engineering, sewage treatment, oil industries, and ocean survey as working floor. And due to different resin type, it has different characteristics, with orthophthalic polyester resin, FRP grating can be used in sea water and weak acid environment,; with isophthalic polyester resin, the product can be used in middle concentration inorganic acid, inorganic alkali, etc; with vinyl ester resin, it will strengthen the anti corrosion ability; and with phenolic aldehyde can improve the fire resistance ability, it can be well used in temperature below 180℃.
