The company brands its name on this market with its new kind of machines called NBM for Numerical Bending Machines. The CNC last generation could drive 30 numerical axis to give to the machine a maximum of versatility. All the bending units could be positioned, following the inquiry of the customer, in front of the machine or at its back to realize the most difficult bending process for wire until 12mm, as well as for strip up to 100mm width with different options (Press, welding unit, cold heading unit, broach unit,…). The big advantage for this technology is to reach production rates up to 60 parts per minute with a time to change the tools lower than 1 hour. SB2C has for this machine a specific option to put on the “NBM” series the tools for mechanical machines from several manufacturers.
