Production Description
The spiral wound gasket is made of intercalarted V or W type formed steel belt and nometalic belt which are helically winded. The rainforced rings can be added according to the operating duty request. So it has the strong points of multichannel sealing ,high temperature endurance, corrosion-resistantance and lower requirement of the coarseness of the flange sealing surface.
It is widly used in power plant, aviation,petrochemical,and valve industry,etc.It is applied in the medium of steem, hydrogen, natural gas, pyrolysis gas, and petrol products, acid, alkali,and salt solution,etc.

- Basic type
- This type of gasket winded with metal beit and stuffing materials and applied to concavo-convex flange and tongue and groove facing flange.
- Inner and OuterRing Type
- The added inner ring to the basic as guard of pressure,at the same tine fills the edge of flange and the interspace of the inside sealing apace,This kind of gasket can aviod accumlation of the solids,reduce the impulsion offluid and can resist the corrosion extent of the flange to the minimum .It is applied to the concavo-convex flange.
- Outer Ring type
- Uaing the outer ring ,the gasket can be placed in the center of the flange,and it can provide extra resistance to avoid the crack of the gasket,as a compression dead center,It is commonly applied to flat and convex flange.
- Inner Ring Type
- The added inner ring to the outer ring type acts as compression dead center,and the same time as the restraint of heat corrosion, protecting the sealing face of the gasket and avoiding corrosion the flange.It is applied to flat and convex flange,and specially used in the condition of high temperature and high pressure.
