FHM type Chain-Row Style Coal Powder Air Heating Furnace use AⅡgrade soft coal as energy material(please refer to annex 2 for technique requirement).Due to its weight, coal come into fire grate from coal scuttle,then go to hearth through flashboard along with fire grate moving slowly.The height of coal flashboard can be adjusted freely in order to control the thickness of coal bed.The air comes divisional under fire grate and intercross the way of coal bed moving.Coal would be heated through heat radiation and then goes into the process of preheat,fire,burning, till extinction. Ashes go into back along with fire grate moving and drop into water-cool filler through vent gate. Hot air caused by burning, after cleaning by cyclone deduster,can reach to qualified high temperature gas heating source. Meantime, assembled with advanced control system of temperature control, wind adjustor, fire grate speed adjustor,etc, it can make sure provide with stable heat for the system.
