This machine is suitable for continuous production of G.R.P. (Glass Reinforced Plastic) Sections in different shapes & sizes like Angle sections, 'C' Channels, Hollow Rectangular and Circular-Tube Sections, Solid Rods etc.
The Fibre & Mat is impgrenated in Resin bath & fed to heated Pultrusion Mould (Die) of required shape. The Resin & fibre solidifies & cures within Die. Resiprocating Puller tables pulls the final section from Die. Section cutter cuts section in required lengths. The Pultrusion Machine & Section Cutter operates on PLC.
The Pultrusion unit consist of : Creel stand, Resin Impregnating unit, Heating unit, Pulling tables, Electrical control panel and Automatic Section Cutter. The Automatic Section Cutter is optional.
